Definitions

In these conditions the following terms have the following meaning: "The Company" means Limoneduro Srls. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.


Payment

We choose PayPal because it's an easy-to-use and super-secure payment method: we wanna be trustworthy for you. 

Purchases with PayPal payment method get immediate charge of total order amount. In case of cancellation, the amount of the canceled orders will be credited back to the PayPal account of the customer. The timing of crediting to the other payment option selected through Paypal depends exclusively on Paypal and on the banking system. PAYPAL’s secure payment gateway handles the transaction on our behalf, so we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details. We collect only information necessary in order for us to fulfill your order.


Delivery Time

HARD LEMON dispatches from Rome, Italy.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Other shipping methods are available upon request.
Please, be sure to give us the correct address!

On average:
Italian customers - Orders should be with you within 4 - 5 working days after dispatch.
European customers - Orders should be with you within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within 5 - 12 working days after dispatch.

Notice
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.


Stock

Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed.


Returns

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases, so you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items, with all tickets and tags attached, within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by Limoneduro Srls.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you prefer an exchange, contact us at support@hard-lemon.com and we'll find a solution. Exchange must be for items of equal or lesser value.


Liability

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Limoneduro Srls shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Limoneduro Srls shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of Limoneduro Srls to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.

 

Product Specifications

Limoneduro Srls reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights, under Italian law, will not be affected.
